BFR Training is coming to the clinic!


Dr. Harris is now a B3 Sciences BFR Training Certified Coach! Starting 9/25/2023, in addition to adding BFR to soft tissue treatments it will also be available as a standalone service. Sessions start at $15 each, with packages available.

WHat is BFR?

BFR Training stands for Blood Flow Restriction Training (Sometimes Called Blood Flow Occlusion in the research). It gently reduces the oxygenated blood returned from your muscles below the bands, WITHOUT reducing the oxygenated blood flowing to your limbs.

BFR training is an up and coming method for getting OPTIMAL RESULTS from exercise with LESS STRESS on the body. It involves putting a mildly restrictive band around the arm or leg and then performing light exercise for approximately 10 minutes. It can be used as an add-on to your normal training methods or as a stand-alone training modality.
